Founded in 2020, Packargo Express runs the Singapore–Johor Bahru route with our own people, our own warehouses, and our own trucks — not a network of subcontracted brokers.
Most cross-border couriers on this route are brokers — they take your parcel, then hand it to someone else's truck to actually carry across the causeway. Packargo doesn't work that way. We run our own warehouse in Ubi, Singapore and our own warehouse in Kulai, Johor, and our own fleet moves parcels between them. One team handles pickup, customs, the border crossing, and final delivery, so nothing gets lost in a hand-off between companies that don't talk to each other.
Five years on, that's still the whole idea: technology to make quoting and booking instant, and a team that actually answers the phone when something needs a human — moving over 5,000 parcels a month across a route we know better than anyone handing it off to a subcontractor ever could.
