How long does shipping from Singapore to Johor Bahru take?
Most door-to-door parcels move in 2–3 working days from pickup in Singapore to delivery in Johor Bahru, and the same in the other direction. For the full breakdown of what happens on each day, see our guide on how long shipping actually takes.
What size and weight of parcel can I ship?
Standard parcels up to L80 × W60 × H60cm are priced instantly through our rate calculator. Parcels heavier than roughly 30kg, or bulky/palletised commercial shipments including full 40ft container loads, need a custom quote — contact us with the details.
Do you handle customs paperwork for cross-border shipments?
Yes. Every cross-border shipment between Singapore and Malaysia needs customs declarations and forwarding paperwork, and our team handles this as part of the shipment rather than leaving it to you. See our freight forwarding service for details.
Do you use your own trucks, or hand parcels off to another courier?
We use our own fleet the whole way. Many cross-border couriers on this route are brokers who subcontract the actual driving to someone else's trucks — Packargo runs its own warehouses in Ubi, Singapore and Kulai, Johor, and its own vehicles carry parcels between them, so there's no hand-off at the border.
Can I ship both business (B2B) and personal (C2C) parcels?
Yes. We handle B2B, B2C, and C2C shipments on the same network — everything from e-commerce orders and commercial freight to personal parcels and gifts sent to family across the border.
Do you offer warehousing in Singapore or Malaysia?
Yes. We offer flexible storage plus pick-and-pack fulfillment at our own warehouses in Ubi, Singapore and Kulai, Johor, letting e-commerce sellers store inventory closer to their customers on either side of the border.
How much does it cost to ship from Singapore to Malaysia?
Price depends on weight (or volumetric weight, whichever is greater) and which zone you're shipping to — Singapore is one zone, while Malaysia is split into Johor Bahru, West Malaysia, and East Malaysia. Use our rate calculator for an instant, exact quote.
How do I get a quote?
Use the instant calculator on our pricing page for a standard parcel — no account needed. For freight, warehousing, or a corporate account, contact us with your shipment details and our team will follow up with a custom quote.
