2. Get an instant rate
For a standard parcel up to L80 × W60 × H60cm, use the rate calculator — enter your origin and destination postal codes plus your parcel's weight, and you'll get a real price immediately. Price depends on weight (or volumetric weight, whichever is greater) and which zone you're shipping to, since Malaysia is priced by region rather than as a single flat rate.
3. Prepare the right documents
Every cross-border shipment between Singapore and Malaysia needs customs declarations and forwarding paperwork. Our team handles the actual customs process, but you'll need to provide accurate details of what's inside the parcel and its declared value — under-declaring or leaving this vague is the single most common cause of a delay at the border. 4. Book pickup
Once you've confirmed your rate, create your order with your recipient's details and choose a pickup date and time. We collect from your address in Singapore — no need to drop anything off yourself.
5. What happens after pickup
Your parcel is sorted at our depot, loaded onto our own trucks, and cleared through customs at the border. Because we run our own fleet and our own warehouses in Ubi, Singapore and Kulai, Johor, the same team carries your parcel the whole way — there's no hand-off to a separate courier once it crosses into Malaysia. Once it's across the border, it's sorted again and dispatched out for delivery to your recipient's address in Johor Bahru.
